On a recent visit to this iconic hotel chain’s pool side alfresco bar, Aqua , I was privy to not just some delicious food, but also some very interesting concoctions – all thanks to their new talented manager Swaroop @the_perfect_mixologist
Swaroop showcases a passion for cocktails and the craft that very few beginners in the industry posses. It reflects on his use of modern as well as classical techniques.
What I sampled were not just delicious and exciting cocktails- but the story behind each of them is what created intnterest for me and my fellow diner. In the end, hospitality is not just about selling food – you’re also selling a story. And this is a story that needs to be told.
Be it the #GulkandGnT or the #MintyMartini , both and others tasted as exciting as the stories told in the way the drinks were created. Expect many more exciting drinks on their new menu, soon. It’s a WIP, I’m told.
